Tigers 1B Cabrera leaves game
Sep 22, 2008 - 11:56 PM DETROIT (Ticker) -- Detroit Tigers slugger Miguel Cabrera left Monday's game against the Kansas City Royals in the third inning with tightness in his upper back.He is tentatively listed as day-to-day.
Cabrera was 0-for-1 before departing and being replaced by Jeff Larish.
