Cavaliers rookie PG Gibson out two weeks with toe sprain
Mar 3, 2007 - 5:19 PM CLEVELAND (Ticker) -- Cleveland Cavaliers rookie point guard Daniel Gibson has a sprained left big toe and will be sidelined 10 to 14 days, the team announced Saturday.Gibson, 21, aggravated the injury in Thursday's 95-92 loss to the Dallas Mavericks. The 6-2 guard has started 13 of Cleveland's last 14 games.
A second-round draft pick, Gibson has averaged 5.2 points and 1.2 assists in 45 games - 16 starts - this season.
