Heat complete deal with Eddie House
Aug 3, 2010 - 9:27 PM MIAMI(AP) -- The Miami Heat signed veteran guard Eddie House to a $2.8 million, two-year contract on Tuesday.House agreed last week to the deal, which includes a player option for 2011-12. Miami selected House in the second round of the 2000 draft, keeping him for his first three NBA seasons.
House has played in 661 games, all but 30 of them as a reserve, with nine clubs over his 10 NBA seasons. He's averaged 7.6 points in his career on 41 percent shooting, and averaged 7.0 points off the bench for New York and Boston last season.
