Pistons sign 2nd-round pick Terrico White
Aug 13, 2010 - 5:57 PM AUBURN HILLS, Mich.(AP) -- The Detroit Pistons have signed Terrico White to a two-year contract.The team announced the signing Friday. White's salary will be $475,000 this season as a rookie and the second year of the deal is not guaranteed.
Detroit drafted the Mississippi guard in the second round with the 36th pick overall in June. The 6-foot-5 White, who is from Memphis, Tenn., averaged 15 points last season as a sophomore.
Detroit's first exhibition game is Oct. 5 at Miami.
