May 16, 2012 - 6:11 PM New York, NY (Sports Network) - Celtics head coach Doc Rivers and Cavaliers owner Dan Gilbert were amongst those announced as members of the league's new 10-member competition committee on Wednesday.

Last month, the board of governors voted to change the composition of the committee to include two owners, four general managers, three head coaches and a representative from the NBA Player's Association.

Members of the new committee also includes owner Joe Lacob (Golden State); general managers Bryan Colangelo (Toronto Raptors), Mitch Kupchak (L.A. The committee was previously made up of the 30 general managers in the league before last month's changes.
