Nuggets' Harrington has successful knee surgery

May 16, 2012 - 9:11 PM Denver, CO (Sports Network) - Denver Nuggets forward Al Harrington underwent successful surgery Wednesday to repair a torn meniscus in his right knee.

Harrington averaged 14.2 points and 6.1 rebounds in 64 games for Denver this season and is expected to return for summer workouts.

The 32-year-old originally injured the knee on April 1, but missed just two of the team's final 13 contests.
