Thunder's McGary out 6 weeks with broken foot

Oct 10, 2014 - 3:38 AM Oklahoma City, OK (SportsNetwork.com) - Oklahoma Thunder rookie forward Mitch McGary is expected to miss around six weeks with a broken foot, the team said Thursday.

The first-round draft pick out of Michigan suffered a fracture in the second metatarsal of his left foot during Wednesday's game in Denver.

McGary, picked 21st overall by the Thunder in June, had 14 points and four rebounds in the game.

The Thunder open the regular season Oct. 29 in Portland.
