Longtime Jazz announcer Hundley passes away
Mar 28, 2015 - 4:52 AM Salt Lake City, UT (SportsNetwork.com) - Longtime Jazz announcer Rod Hundley died Friday at the ago of 80.The Jazz announced Friday night Hundley passed away at his Phoenix home.
Hundley, a basketball star at West Virginia and the first overall pick in the 1957 NBA Draft, was a Jazz announcer from 1974-2009 and called an incredible 3,051 games.
He was a two-time NBA All-Star for the Lakers.
