Wizards trade up to select Oubre
Jun 26, 2015 - 2:43 AM Brooklyn, NY (SportsNetwork.com) - The Atlanta Hawks shipped freshman Kansas swingman Kelly Oubre to the Washington Wizards after they selected him with the 15th pick in the NBA Draft.The Wizards sent Atlanta their No. 19 pick and two future second-rounders.
Oubre averaged 9.3 points and 5.0 rebounds per game for the Jayhawks last season.
Atlanta then selected Notre Dame guard Jerian Grant with the 19th pick, but he was traded to the New York Knicks for Tim Hardaway Jr.
