Jazz F Boozer, F-C Okur sit out
Dec 1, 2007 - 3:55 AM SALT LAKE CITY, Utah (Ticker) -- Utah Jazz forward Carlos Boozer and forward-center Mehmet Okur will not play in Friday's game against the Los Angeles Lakers while nursing nagging injuries.Boozer, who is averaging 25.4 points and 11.2 rebounds this season, is out with a right ankle injury he suffered in Wednesday's win over the Philadelphia 76ers.
An All-Star last season, Okur has struggled this season, averaging just 11.9 points and 5.1 rebounds. He sat out with back spasms.
