Nuggets' Martin suffers concussion

Mar 9, 2008 - 7:05 AM SALT LAKE CITY (Ticker) -- Denver Nuggets forward Kenyon Martin sustained a mild concussion with 3:19 remaining in the first quarter of Saturday's 132-105 loss to the Utah Jazz.

Martin did not return to the game after the injury but is listed as day to day, making him questionable for Monday's contest at San Antonio.

If Martin - who is the team's most accurate shooter - is sidelined for any period of time, it would be a blow to the Nuggets (37-25), who are two games behind the Golden State Warriors (39-23) for the eighth and final playoff spot in the Western Conference.
