Spurs F Oduka to miss two games
Mar 13, 2008 - 9:20 PM SAN ANTONIO (Ticker) -- The San Antonio Spurs will be without forward Ime Udoka for at least the next two games due to a right ankle injury, the team announced Thursday.Udoka is suffering from tarsal tunnel syndrome in his right ankle and he received anti-inflammatory shots on Thursday which are designed to decrease inflammation.
Udoka will miss the remaining two games on the Spurs current three-game road trip. He is expected to be available when the Spurs return home to take on the Boston Celtics on Monday.
In 57 games this season, Udoka is averaging 5.4 points and 3.0 rebounds.
