Jazz F Brewer returns to practice
Apr 6, 2008 - 6:56 PM SALT LAKE CITY (Ticker) -- Utah Jazz forward Ronnie Brewer, who missed the last three games with a strained right groin, returned to practice Sunday.Brewer, who suffered the injury in a third quarter of a 110-103 loss to Minnesota on March 30, is a game-time decision for Monday's contest against the New Orleans Hornets.
The 23-year-old Brewer is averaging 12.1 points and 2.9 rebounds in 71 games this season.
Utah (51-26) has a 4 1/2 game lead over Denver (46-30) for first place in the Northwest Division with just five games left in the regular season. The Nuggets have six games remaining.
