0 shoutsMIAMI (Ticker) -- The Miami Heat requested waivers on forward Omar Barlett and guard Eddie Basden, the team announced Tuesday.
Both were initially signed as free agents by the Heat on September 26.
Barlett appeared in one game in the preseason, collecting four points and two rebounds in just over nine minutes against the Detroit Pistons on October 5.
Basden also appeared in that contest against the Pistons, going scoreless with one assist and one steal in nine minutes.
