Nov 11, 2008 - 1:57 AM MIAMI (Ticker) -- Nursing a lingering groin injury, Miami Heat forward Shawn Marion did not play in Monday's game against the New Jersey Nets.Marion was injured in the first quarter of Saturday's 100-89 loss to the New Orleans Orleans, but was able to play through the pain. He is expected to play in Wednesday's home game against the Portland Trail Blazers.
The 30-year-old is averaging 10.3 points and 8.5 rebounds in six games this season.
