Cavaliers C Ilgauskas, G Gibson sit vs. 76ers
Dec 13, 2008 - 1:15 AM CLEVELAND (Ticker) -- The Cleveland Cavaliers are without center Zydrunas Ilgauskas and guard Daniel Gibson for Friday's game against the Philadelphia 76ers.Ilgauskas, who became the franchise's all-time leading rebounder in Tuesday's win over the Toronto Raptors, sprained his left ankle in Wednesday's opener of a home-and-home set with the 76ers.
The 7-3 Ilgauskas has averaged 14.8 points and 7.6 rebounds through 22 games.
Gibson is nursing a left toe injury for Cleveland (19-3), which is riding a 10-game winning streak.
A third-year guard, Gibson has averaged 9.4 points per game.
