Grizzlies F Arthur leaves game with concussion

Dec 31, 2008 - 3:01 AM MEMPHIS, Tennessee (Ticker) -- Memphis Grizzlies rookie forward Darrell Arthur left in the first quarter of Tuesday's game against the Phoenix Suns with a grade-2 concussion.

Arthur, who scored two points in just under 10 minutes before his departure, caught a knee to the forehead. He is not expected to return.
