Blazers' Blake leaves game with shoulder injury
Jan 15, 2009 - 2:12 AM PHILADELPHIA (Ticker) - Portland Trail Blazers point guard Steve Blake left Wednesday's game against the Philadelphia 76ers with a separated right shoulder injury.Blake tried to fight through a pick set by Reggie Evans and turned away immediately grimacing in pain and holding his shoulder.
With just 1:18 left in the second quarter, Blake went straight to the locker room and did not return after he was diagnosed with a Grade 1 shoulder separation.
