AUBURN HILLS, Michigan (Ticker) -- Detroit Pistons guard Allen Iverson left the game with the New Orleans Hornets on Saturday after injuring his left knee in the third quarter.
Iverson raced in and made a steal, went up for a shot in the lane and came down awkwardly, appearing to bang his left knee.
He walked off the court with a trainer and received treatment on the bench, where he remained with an ice pack.
He returned to the game at the start of the fourth quarter.
