Hawks F Williams returns vs. Bucks
Jan 24, 2009 - 1:12 AM ATLANTA (Ticker) -- After missing two games with a concussion, Atlanta Hawks forward Marvin Williams returned to the court on Friday against the Milwaukee Bucks.Williams suffered a concussion last Friday against the Golden State Warriors and was released from the hospital the following day.
The 22-year-old was injured when he grabbed the rebound off his own miss and was fouled by Warriors forward Ronny Turiaf on the follow shot. Williams fell to the floor and hit his head.
The second overall pick of the 2005 draft, Williams has averaged 13.4 points and 6.1 rebounds this season.
