Hawks G Johnson out for Wednesday's game

Feb 4, 2009 - 7:48 PM ATLANTA (Ticker) - Atlanta Hawks guard Joe Johnson will sit out Wednesday night's game against the Minnesota Timberwolves due to flu-like symptoms.

It will mark the first game missed this season by the All-Star swingman, who leads the Hawks in scoring at 21.5 points per game and assists (6.2).

Atlanta center Al Horford's status has been upgraded to day-to-day after missing the last 12 games due to a bone bruise in his right knee.

Horford is averaging 10.8 points and a team-high 8.7 rebounds.
