G Nate Robinson missed his third straight game with a strained 
right groin, but coach Mike D'Antoni is hopeful he can return 
Friday in Atlanta.  That is also the date D'Antoni is targeting 
for F Jared Jeffries to make his season debut.  Sidelined with a
broken left fibula, Jeffries has started practicing and has been
in uniform the last two games. ... G Chris Duhon has played over
40 minutes in a career-high six straight games.  After breaking 
Richie Guerin's 50-year record for assists, Duhon had a better 
follow-up performance as he finished with 13 assists - nine more
than Guerin had on December 13, 1958. ... The Knicks have lost 
six of seven games when handing out 20 or fewer assists.  They 
had just nine in the second half Tuesday.  "I don't think the 
ball moved quite as well in the second," F David Lee said.  "In 
the first half, the ball was jumping around.  Guys are moving, 
cutting and that is just something guys have to focus on for the
whole time we are out there."
