Texas-Pan American suspends five players
Jan 21, 2012 - 6:43 PM Newark, NJ (Sports Network) - Texas-Pan American men's basketball coach Ryan Marks has suspended five players for Saturday's game against NJIT for violating team rules.Details were not disclosed.
Senior guards Nick Weiermiller and Kieondre Arkwright, junior forwards Earl Jefferson and Ruben Cabrera, and junior guard Neo Sanchez will sit out the contest.
Weiermiller, Jefferson and Cabrera are starters for the Broncs of the Great West Conference.
