Adams breaks foot, out for remainder of the season
Mar 16, 2013 - 5:57 AM Las Vegas, NV (Sports Network) - Freshman guard Jordan Adams broke his right foot during UCLA's semifinal victory over Arizona in the Pac-12 Tournament and will miss the remainder of the season.Adams was critical to the Bruins' second half comeback, but on the last play of the game, he landed awkwardly on his foot. X-rays after the contest revealed a break and will sideline UCLA's second-leading scorer for the rest of the postseason.
He scored 24 points in the victory and averaged 15.3 points per game for the Bruins this season.
