Louisville's Agau to transfer
Dec 18, 2014 - 10:05 PM Louisville, KY (SportsNetwork.com) - Sophomore forward Akoy Agau will transfer from Louisville at the end of the fall semester, the school said Thursday.Agau had sports hernia surgery on July 29 and has played just 11 minutes in three games this season. He scored 17 points in 19 games as a freshman.
Louisville said he hasn't chosen a new school yet but will be given his full release to transfer.
The Sudanese-born Agau moved to Egypt as a child before coming to the United States in 2002. He was a three-time All-State selection in Nebraska as a high schooler.
The No. 4 Cardinals (9-0) visit Western Kentucky on Saturday.
