UNC G Lawson returns from ankle injury
Mar 1, 2008 - 9:17 PM CHESTNUT HILL, Massachusetts (Ticker) -- North Carolina guard Ty Lawson made his return for the first time in seven games on Saturday, as the second-ranked Tar Heels take on Atlantic Coast Conference foe Boston College.The lightning-quick point guard had missed the last six games due to a sprained left ankle. He came off the bench early in the first half.
A sophomore, Lawson is averaging 13.6 points and 5.7 assists per game.
