LOS ANGELES (Ticker) -- UCLA guard Josh Shipp will enter the NBA draft but will not hire an agent, the school announced Sunday.

Shipp, who was an integral part of two Final Four teams with the Bruins, will forego his senior season. The announcement came one day after teammate Darren Collison said he will come back for his final campaign.

"After speaking with my family and with coach (Ben) Howland, I think I should test the NBA waters to get some feedback," Shipp said. "I feel like it really can't hurt me at this time.

"I want to go through the process this year, which will serve as a positive experience for me in my future development."

Without an agent, Shipp is eligible to pull out of the draft and return to school.

The 6-5 Shipp averaged 12.2 points and 3.2 rebounds last season and was named as an honorable mention All-Pac-10 Conference selection. Shipp also set a school record when he started 39 contests.

He will join UCLA teammates, freshman sensation Kevin Love and sophomore guard Russell Westbrook, in the draft on June 26.
