Drexel coach Flint suspended one game

Dec 22, 2008 - 5:51 PM RICHMOND, Virginia (Ticker) -- Drexel coach Bruiser Flint has been suspended one game by the Colonial Athletic Conference following his ejection in Saturday's 81-75 loss at Bucknell.

Flint will miss Monday afternoon's contest against No. 21 Memphis after being assessed two technical fouls in the final 20 seconds of Saturday's game.

CAC commissioner Tom Yeager said Flint was suspended for a violation of the league's standards of sportsmanship.

"I was trying to get a technical, but I wasn't trying to get tossed," Flint said. "But it wasn't like I didn't deserve it."
