2 more Mich. St. football players face charges
Jan 26, 2010 - 5:25 PM EAST LANSING, Mich.(AP) -- Two more Michigan State football players face misdemeanor assault and conspiracy charges connected to a Nov. 22 fight on campus.Michigan State coach Mark Dantonio said Tuesday that defensive tackle Oren Wilson and receiver Myles White have been indefinitely suspended. Warrants for the two players were authorized on Monday.
So far, 11 current or former Spartan players have been charged in the fight with members of a campus fraternity.
The assault charge could bring up to 93 days in jail while the conspiracy charge is punishable by a maximum one-year sentence.
