Holy Cross tabs Rondeau defensive coordinator
Mar 19, 2012 - 10:53 PM Worcester, MA (Sports Network) - Holy Cross on Monday named former Old Dominion defensive coordinator Andy Rondeau to fill the same position on its football staff.Rondeau, 43, was ODU's defensive coordinator over the last five years, including the new program's first three seasons as a start-up program. The Monarchs went 27-8 in that time.
Last season, four of Rondeau's defensive players earned All-Colonial Athletic Association honors, including conference defensive player of the year Ronnie Cameron
Rondeau has over 20 years of collegiate coaching experience, including as the defensive coordinator at UT Martin in 2003. He was an assistant defensive coordinator at the University of Buffalo in 2004 and '05.
Holy Cross finished 6-5 overall and 3-2 in the Patriot League last year.
