Maryland, Virginia Tech set 4-game series for 2026-29

(AP) Maryland and Virginia Tech have scheduled a four-game series of home-and-home matchups for 2026-29.The Terrapins will host Virginia Tech in the opening game of the series on Sept. 19, 2026. The teams meet in Blacksburg on Sept. 18, 2027, return to College Park on Sept. 16, 2028 and conclude the series in Blacksburg on Sept. 15, 2029.
Maryland and Virginia Tech met often on the football field before the Terrapins left the Atlantic Coast Conference for the Big Ten after the 2013 season.
Maryland took a 16-15 lead in series with an overtime victory at Blacksburg in 2013.
