Two West Virginia players suspended
Nov 14, 2008 - 4:29 PM MORGANTOWN, West Virginia (Ticker) -- West Virginia coach Bill Stewart has indefinitely suspended two players who are facing battery charges.Stewart announced Thursday night the suspensions of junior running back Maxwell Anderson and sophomore holder Jeremy Kash.
Anderson and Kash, who both are 21, were charged with misdemeanor battery after an October 25 fight at a Morgantown bar.
Both players are scheduled to be arraigned on December 3.
No one has shouted yet.
