BATON ROUGE, Louisiana (Ticker) -- Lousiana State quarterback Jarrett Lee left Saturday's matchup with Mississippi after suffering an apparent right leg injury in the second quarter.
LSU head coach Les Miles said at halftime that Lee likely will not return to the contest.
Lee was helped off the field following a 19-yard completion to Brandon LaFell with 3:33 left in the second quarter. The redshirt freshman was hit by Peria Jerry after making the throw and was replaced by freshman Jordan Jefferson.
