RB Morris inactive for Pats against Bucs in London
Oct 25, 2009 - 4:34 PM WEMBLEY, England(AP) -- Running back Sammy Morris is among the inactive players for the New England Patriots against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Wembley Stadium.Morris hurt his knee last week in the 59-0 win over the Tennessee Titans and missed practice before the team flew to Britain.
The NFL is playing a regular-season game in London for the third straight year.
Also inactive for the Patriots on Sunday were running back Fred Taylor, Julian Edelman, Terrence Wheatley, Rich Ohrnberger, Kendall Simmons, Matt Light and Ron Brace.
The Bucs made quarterback Byron Leftwich, running back Clifton Smith, Marcus McCauley, Jonathan Compas, Demar Dotson, Shawn Murphy, Dre Moore and Kyle Moore inactive.
