Eagles without Jean-Gillies, Abiamiri vs 'Skins
Oct 26, 2009 - 11:48 PM LANDOVER, Md.(AP) -- Starting right guard Max Jean-Gillies (jeen-GILL-iss) was inactive for Philadelphia's game at Washington because of a shoulder injury.Nick Cole moved over from his usual spot at left guard to replace Jean-Gillies at right guard Monday night. Todd Herremans, inactive all season with a foot injury, started at left guard.
The Eagles also were without defensive end Victor Abiamiri, who sprained his knee in last week's loss to Oakland. He was replaced by Juqua Parker, making his first start of the season.
Middle linebacker Will Witherspoon, acquired Tuesday from the Rams, was slated to start for Philadelphia.
Redskins left tackle Chris Samuels (neck) missed his second consecutive game. He's not expected to play again this season.
