RB Moats will get start over Slaton for Texans
Nov 8, 2009 - 5:12 PM INDIANAPOLIS(AP) -- Houston running back Ryan Moats will start in place of Steve Slaton on Sunday, and Indianapolis will be without cornerback Kelvin Hayden.Slaton was benched last week because of fumbling problems.
Indy put Hayden, defensive tackle Fili Moala, running back Donald Brown, receiver Anthony Gonzalez and kicker Adam Vinatieri on the inactive list. All are injured.
Tight end Tom Santi and former starting left tackle Tony Ugoh were healthy scratches.
Houston deactivated receiver Glenn Martinez, defensive backs Fred Bennett and Dominique Barber, defensive tackles DelJuan Robinson and Frank Okam, tight end James Casey and guard Tutan Reyes. Casey, Barber and Robinson were all on this week's injury report.
