Saints CB Porter sidelined by knee injury

LOUIS(AP) -- The New Orleans Saints are without both starting cornerbacks after Tracy Porter was helped off the field with an apparent left knee injury in the third quarter of Sunday's game against the St. Louis Rams.Porter was hurt when he tripped over a teammate on a Rams' reception. After being helped to the sideline, he was carted off.
The unbeaten Saints opened the game without cornerback Jabari Greer, who has a groin injury. Safety Darren Sharper (knee) also was among the inactives.
