Lions' Fairley arrested for marijuana possession
Apr 3, 2012 - 9:13 PM Mobile, AL (Sports Network) - Detroit Lions defensive tackle Nick Fairley was arrested in his home town of Mobile, Alabama for second-degree marijuana possession Tuesday.According to a report on al.com, Mobile police were called to the Morningside Manor neighborhood of Mobile for a car speeding through the neighborhood several times around noon.
When the vehicle, which was being driven by Fairley, was pulled over, police found marijuana in the 24-year-old's possession.
He was then arrested and released on $1,000 bail. Second-degree marijuana possession is a misdemeanor in Alabama.
