Packers re-sign LB Walden
Apr 23, 2012 - 10:30 PM Green Bay, WI (Sports Network) - The Green Bay Packers on Monday re-signed linebacker Erik Walden.Walden made a career-high 15 starts in 2011, posting a career-best 60 tackles to go with three sacks and a fumble recovery for a touchdown.
He was arrested for allegedly assaulting his girlfriend just hours after Green Bay's victory in Detroit in November 2011, but no charges were filed.
In four seasons with the Packers, Dolphins and Chiefs, the Middle Tennessee State product has 108 tackles and six sacks in 53 contests.
