Rams give DE Hayes multi-year deal
Mar 12, 2013 - 8:03 PM St. Louis, MO (Sports Network) - The St. Louis Rams agreed to terms with defensive end William Hayes on a multi-year contract.Hayes, who was eligible to become an unrestricted free agent Tuesday, had 35 tackles and seven sacks last season, his first with the Rams after spending the first four of his career with the Tennessee Titans.
In 64 career games with Tennessee and St. Louis, Hayes has compiled 147 tackles and 15 sacks.
