Giants add Dan Connor to linebacking corps
Mar 16, 2013 - 8:06 PM East Rutherford, NJ (Sports Network) - The New York Giants have signed linebacker Dan Connor to an undisclosed contract.Connor played his first four NFL seasons with Carolina before spending the 2012 campaign with NFC East rival Dallas. He was released by the Cowboys on Monday.
In 14 games last season, eight as a starter, Connor posted 56 tackles. He has 212 tackles with one sack and a forced fumble in 56 games.
The Panthers selected the Penn State product in the third round of the 2008 draft.
