Jaguars bring back Shipley
Mar 21, 2013 - 6:51 PM Jacksonville, FL (Sports Network) - The Jacksonville Jaguars have re-signed wide receiver Jordan Shipley, who played six games with the team last year.Signed in November after playing one game with Tampa Bay in September, Shipley caught 23 passes for 244 yards with a touchdown for Jacksonville.
In 24 games, including five starts, over three seasons with Jacksonville, Tampa Bay and Cincinnati, Shipley has 79 career receptions for 858 yards and four touchdowns.
The Bengals selected the Texas product in the third round of the 2010 draft. He led all AFC rookies with 52 catches in 2010, then missed most of the 2011 season after suffering a knee injury in Week 2.
