Jaguars add DT Marks
Apr 2, 2013 - 8:59 PM Jacksonville, FL (Sports Network) - The Jacksonville Jaguars turned to a division rival in an effort to bolster their defensive line, signing former Tennessee tackle Sen'Derrick Marks to a one-year contract on Tuesday.A second-round choice of the Titans in the 2009 draft, Marks is coming off the most productive season of his four-year pro career. The Auburn product started all 14 games he appeared in during 2012 and tallied 63 tackles along with 1 1/2 sacks and one forced fumble.
Marks started 26 out of 51 games played during his tenure in Tennessee and totaled 180 tackles, three sacks and 23 quarterback pressures.
The Jaguars had been seeking depth at the defensive tackle position after Terrance Knighton signed with Denver as a free agent last month.
