Texans bring back OT Harris
Apr 9, 2013 - 8:29 PM Houston, TX (Sports Network) - The Houston Texans have re-signed offensive tackle Ryan Harris, the team announced Tuesday.The Houston Chronicle reported the deal to be for one year.
Harris joined the Texans prior to the start of last season after being released by Denver and played in all 18 games (including playoffs) for the AFC South champions, making a pair of starts at right tackle.
Originally a third-round pick of the Broncos in the 2007 draft, Harris started 34 games for Denver between 2008-10, but spent most of the 2011 campaign out of football due to a back injury that required surgery.
