Cardinals sign 2nd round pick Minter
May 13, 2013 - 11:38 PM Tempe, AZ (Sports Network) - The Arizona Cardinals signed linebacker and second-round selection Kevin Minter on Monday.Minter, an LSU product selected by the Cardinals with the 45th overall pick of the draft, inked a four-year deal, though terms were not disclosed.
During his junior season in 2012, Minter earned first-team All-America and All-SEC honors, while leading the Tigers with 130 tackles. The 6-foot, 246- pounder also ranked 20th nationally with 10 tackles per contest and finished his LSU career with 206 tackles and five sacks over 38 games in three seasons.
Arizona also agreed to terms with center Adam Bice and quarterback Caleb Terbush and waived signal-caller Brian Hoyer.
