Patriots release OL Green
May 31, 2013 - 9:57 PM Foxboro, MA (Sports Network) - The New England Patriots released veteran offensive lineman Tyronne Green on Friday.Green, a fourth round selection in the 2009 NFL Draft, was signed by the Patriots on May 13 after spending the first four seasons of his career with the San Diego Chargers. The Auburn product has appeared in 41 NFL games with 28 starts at both guard positions. Last season, Green started 13 games at left guard for the Chargers.
Additionally, New England released wide receiver TJ Moe. The 22-year-old Moe originally signed with the team on May 3 as a rookie free agent.
