Raiders sign LB Moore

Jun 13, 2013 - 11:00 PM Alameda, CA (Sports Network) - The Oakland Raiders signed Sio Moore on Thursday.

Moore, a linebacker out of Connecticut, was selected in the third round by the Raiders in April's NFL Draft.

As a senior in 2012, Moore ranked fourth on the team with 72 tackles. He played in 41 games (31 starts) at UConn, and garnered first-team All-Big East Conference honors twice during his collegiate career.
