Bills ink deals with Spikes, Dixon
Mar 15, 2014 - 6:30 AM Orchard Park, NY (Sports Network) - The Buffalo Bills have agreed to contracts with linebacker Brandon Spikes and running back Anthony Dixon.Terms of each deal were not disclosed.
Spikes recorded 86 tackles in 16 games (11 starts) with New England last season. The 6-foot-2, 255-pounder has played 51 games (39 starts) in four seasons with the Patriots, totaling 284 tackles with four forced fumbles and a fumble recovery.
Dixon joins the Bills after spending the first four years of his career with San Francisco, racking up 458 yards on 148 carries with eight touchdowns in 64 career games.
