Bucs agree with top pick Evans
Jun 12, 2014 - 5:38 PM Tampa, FL (SportsNetwork.com) - The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have agreed to terms with wide receiver Mike Evans, their first pick in last month's draft.Evans was selected with the seventh overall choice in May. He has agreed to a four-year deal with a fifth-year option.
The 20-year-old Texas A&M product started all 26 games he played in two seasons with the Aggies and caught 151 passes for 2,499 yards with 17 touchdowns.
Evans led the SEC with 12 TD receptions in 2013, setting a school record with 1,394 receiving yards on 69 catches.
