Bears rookie TE Olsen sprains knee

Aug 31, 2007 - 4:28 AM CHICAGO (Ticker) -- Chicago Bears rookie tight end Greg Olsen suffered a sprained knee in Thursday's preseason finale, a 19-9 loss to the Cleveland Browns.

Olsen, the team's first-round pick, was hurt in the second quarter. Bears coach Lovie Smith said Olsen will undergo an MRI exam on Friday.

Olsen had three catches for seven yards before suffering the injury.

During the preseason, the former Miami standout had nine receptions for 75 yards in four games.
